Return and Refund Policy — Love Your Peace

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Print-on-Demand / Custom Items Our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), including select apparel. Because these items are produced specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. If there is an issue with a made-to-order item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return To begin a return, contact us via email at youloveyourpeace@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping For eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that the time to receive your refund may vary depending on your location and payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return an eligible item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
